Cabot Revelstoke is building its Mountain Lodge at Revelstoke Mountain Resort in the Columbia River Valley of British Columbia, a roughly 155-unit house still under construction as of mid-September 2026. The destination is a Cabot golf and hospitality project in partnership with Revelstoke Mountain Resort and Northland Properties. Golf operations director Tahlon Sweenie, speaking during a September 16 visit published September 18 by Evert Lindquist in the Revelstoke Review / Keremeos Review, said guests can expect occupancy by next spring and summer, and potentially even this winter.

A May 7, 2026 announcement from Revelstoke Mountain Resort scheduled the lodge for early 2027 and listed Chop Steakhouse & Bar as signature dining opening late 2026. Sweenie described five room types, with marketing of the units expected later in September 2026. The house program includes a spa and wellness rooms with hot tubs and sauna, a cafe, a restaurant-bar, a fitness center, more than 8,500 square feet of meeting and event space, a selection of retail, and stay-and-play packages slated for late 2026. Parking is planned below and above ground for roughly 250 vehicles. A summer pro shop will occupy the ground floor; in winter that space is to pass to Selkirk Tangiers Heli Skiing, with two helipads next to the lodge.

The course is an 18-hole public mountain layout by Rod Whitman of Whitman, Axland & Cutten, set on about 32 hectares at the base of the resort, with a longest hole of about 512 metres. As of September 16, fourteen holes had been seeded in Kentucky bluegrass, fescue, and bentgrass. Public opening is July 2, 2027. An exclusive executive soft-launch was planned for the week after the interview. Play will be green fee only, with no memberships and no requirement to take a cart. Green fees were still being finalized in September and October. Tee-time reservations were expected to open about six weeks after the mid-September visit, when a locally recruited caddy program was also due to start. Cabot Revelstoke is working toward GEO Certified status with the GEO Foundation and Audubon International Signature Sanctuary certification, described in the spring release as Platinum Signature Sanctuary enrollment.

The mountain lodge is the building story here; published materials do not give a classic clubhouse floor plate for the golf house. Cabot has also been approved for a 12-hole par-3 across Nichol Road from Mackenzie Village. The British Columbia project sits in a different climate and season mix from Cabot Wilds in Nova Scotia, and it belongs on Best Clubhouse's development file rather than a finished private desert clubhouse lane. Documents and interviews do not publish a finished lodge square footage, a lodge construction budget, or a locked green-fee schedule. More on the destination is at cabot.com/revelstoke.
