Moselem Springs Golf Club in Richmond Township, Pennsylvania, has finished a reimagined men's locker room and a new Fazio Lounge named for course architect George Fazio. New restrooms at Guenther's Pub and a refresh of the Turn 64 on-course bar are also complete.
Moselem Springs Golf Club in Richmond Township, Pennsylvania, has completed a men's locker-room overhaul and opened a new Fazio Lounge inside the clubhouse, the Reading Eagle report on the Moselem Springs clubhouse renovations said on September 17, 2026. The locker room now carries elevated finishes, modernized steam showers with private stalls, and ADA-compliant facilities. The Fazio Lounge, named for George Fazio, is reachable from both the men's and women's locker rooms and is intended as a place for members to meet, relax, watch sports, and connect.
George Fazio designed the championship 18-hole course, which opened in 1964. Jaindl purchased the private club in 2022, and TKo Hospitality Group manages it. Adjacent to Guenther's Pub, the club has also finished new men's and ladies' restrooms. Between the ninth hole and the tenth tee, Turn 64, the on-course bar, has been refreshed, and cart-path improvements have been carried across the property.
Work still scheduled includes a new clubhouse air-conditioning system and upgraded course irrigation this fall. A full-scale renovation of the ladies' locker room, with custom upgraded showers and new amenities, is planned for winter.

General manager Chris Wegner told the Eagle that the goal is a special environment on and off the course, that the Fazio Lounge and locker modernization elevate everyday member lifestyle, and that the club is committed to its heritage while investing in the future. Dining and the private-club program remain part of that everyday house.

The scale is more targeted than Gleneagles Country Club's $54 million clubhouse renovation in Florida and closer in spirit to a focused house update such as Rancho Santa Fe Golf Club's roughly $9.4 million Ranch Clubhouse renovation in California, both of which sit among recent clubhouses stories. The Reading Eagle account does not publish a renovation budget or square footage for the locker rooms or the Fazio Lounge.
