Reef Capital Partners, based in Lehi, Utah, has launched Reef Destinations, seven resort, club, and residential properties in four states, joined by a new membership called Reef 365. The lineup includes Marcella, Black Desert Resort, and Sweetens Cove Golf Club.

Reef Capital Partners, the Lehi, Utah firm in real estate investment, development, and operations, has launched Reef Destinations, a collection of seven resort, club, and residential properties in Utah, Colorado, Virginia, and Tennessee. A new cross-property membership, Reef 365, ties those properties together. The firm announced the program in early October in a release dated October 5, 2026.

Four of the seven properties are in Utah. In Deer Valley East Village and Park City, Marcella pairs direct ski access with what Reef calls the first-ever Tiger Woods-designed mountain golf course, which GolfPass reports opened in summer 2026. King Collins Dormer is planned for a second 18-hole course, and Reef is developing Marcella with Raintree Partners.

In Ivins, in Greater Zion, Black Desert Resort hosts the PGA Tour's Bank of Utah Championship. GolfPass says the course was the last Tom Weiskopf laid out, routed through ancient lava fields. Reef credits Madrid-based architecture firm GVI with the resort's contemporary desert look.

Also in Deer Valley East Village, Cormont offers ski-in, ski-out residences of one to five bedrooms, developed in partnership with Extell Development. On Historic Main Street in Park City, The Albion provides boutique accommodations at Union Square Plaza near Park City Mountain's Town Lift, in a building GolfPass describes as 22 residences.

Outside Utah, in Montrose, Colorado, Cornerstone Club, where a clubhouse campus expansion was announced in August, is a private club community on nearly 5,000 acres. The course was originally by Greg Norman and later renovated by Matt Dusenberry. GolfPass notes the club was established in 2008, languished after the Great Recession, and was acquired by Reef.

In Mineral, Virginia, on Lake Anna, Tributer Resort is a master-planned community of about 1,000 acres with an existing 18-hole course, Cutalong. A forthcoming TGR Design championship course would be Reef's second Tiger Woods design. Reef gave no timeline. GolfPass expects the course in the coming years.

In South Pittsburg, Tennessee, west of Chattanooga, Reef is part of the ownership group at Sweetens Cove Golf Club, per GolfPass. The release lists a partnership group including Tom Nolan, Andy Roddick, Rob Collins, Peyton Manning, Skip Bronson, and Drew Holcomb, and says a new course and property expansion are planned for completion in 2027. A June club release identified that course as a 13-hole short course by King Collins Dormer, the firm of Rob Collins, who designed the original nine.

Reef 365 is open to eligible investors, club members, and property owners. Members receive preferred rates across participating destinations, priority access to Sweetens Cove, and a year-round calendar that includes the annual Reef Summit and Reef Cups, plus professional golf and pickleball events. Premier Members also gain access to Reef Houses, described as signature private residences at each destination, and a Member Services team supports the program. "It is the connective tissue of the Destinations portfolio," said Shane Smith, Reef's Chief Commercial Officer.

Reef names TGR Design, King Collins Dormer, and Coore and Crenshaw as course design partners, and CoralTree Hospitality as its hospitality partner. "For me, it starts with golf. That's the anchor, the best golf in the world, with everything else at Reef Destinations built around it," said Jared Lucero, CEO of Reef Capital Partners.

GolfPass observes that Reef is the latest company to build its own golf travel and membership network. Troon extends reciprocal privileges across many private clubs it manages and runs the Access card program. The Dormie Network offers seven destination private clubs on a single membership. Cabot has built a global resort brand that runs from Cabot Links and the developing Cabot Revelstoke and Cabot Wilds in Canada to Cabot Citrus Farms in Florida.

For golf real estate and development, the structure is the story. A Utah developer with a PGA Tour venue, a Tiger Woods course and a second on the way, and a stake in one of the most talked-about nine-holes in American golf is selling the network itself. The real estate and the membership are the product, and golf is the anchor.
