Wolf Creek Golf Club in Mesquite, Nevada, is closing out a multimillion-dollar expansion and remodel of its clubhouse, Terrace restaurant, and pro shop, with completion expected in the first week of October 2026. Mesquite is a desert town on Interstate 15 near the Arizona line, roughly 80 miles northeast of Las Vegas. Brothers Cory and Chad Clemetson, the club's owners, put several months and several million dollars into the work, according to the club's news release as reported by the Mesa Valleys Progress.

In the release, the club calls the work the most ambitious improvements it has made to date, taking in the clubhouse, restaurant, pro shop, and related amenities for golfers and guests who come from across the region and beyond. Cory Clemetson put the scope this way in the release: "Among other things, we've modernized the clubhouse, expanded our retail and office space, added a wine display and all sorts of high-end finishes and greatly enhanced the overall experience for our golfers and guests."

Clemetson named two firms as the leads. Reno-based general contractor BLC Builders carried the construction, and the architecture and interior design firm OneStudio D+A handled the design.

The work sat inside and around a building already on the site. Structural engineer Wiseman Rohy describes it as a two-story structure of roughly 24,000 square feet, set into the slope above the desert, with the clubhouse on the upper level and golf cart storage and maintenance facilities on the lower level. The project expanded and remodeled that building rather than replacing it. The club has not released a new square footage.

The Terrace at Wolf Creek is open to the public and runs as a fine dining room with its own culinary team. Breakfast and lunch are served daily, and dinner is served on Friday and Saturday nights from October through June. Wolf Creek also hosts weddings, receptions, private parties, and charity functions, among them an annual golf tournament and fundraiser for the Kids for Sports Foundation, which the Clemetson family founded to help local children play organized sports.

The course is why the building matters. Wolf Creek opened in 2000, and the club describes its layout as emerald fairways routed through red rock canyons, with large changes in elevation. The club says Wolf Creek is regularly named alongside Pebble Beach and Bandon Dunes as a bucket-list public course, and its awards page credits the course with Golf Digest's fan choice vote in 2011.

The club has not published a dollar figure beyond several million, a new square footage, or photographs of the finished rooms. The project wraps in the same week Wynn Golf Club opened its new Cliff House clubhouse, designed by SOM, on the Las Vegas Strip about 80 miles to the southwest.
