PGA National Resort in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, announced Triple Stick Golf Club with an 11,000-square-foot Peacock + Lewis clubhouse targeted for 2028. Love Golf Design is rebuilding the former Estates Course for late fall 2026.
PGA National Resort announced Triple Stick Golf Club on September 16, a members-only enclave on the former Estates Course in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, with a new 11,000-square-foot clubhouse by Peacock + Lewis. Love Golf Design, the firm led by Davis Love III with Scot Sherman as lead architect and Mark Love as founder and president, is rebuilding the eighteen on the existing routing. The course is scheduled for late fall 2026. The clubhouse experience is anticipated in 2028.
The announcement came in a September 16 press release carried the same day by First Call Golf and picked up the next day by Golf Course Trades. Henderson Park, the international private equity real estate firm, bought the 807-acre resort in 2025 with South Street Partners and Salamander Collection. Triple Stick sits inside the Bay Hill Estates community, a short run from the resort core that still holds the Champion Course and the rest of the public and member inventory.

Peacock + Lewis, the Palm Beach private-club architecture firm, has designed the house as a dining-forward building with covered al fresco seating, a pro shop, and locker rooms. The club’s own Triple Stick page lists 11,000 square feet and describes Island and Old Florida influences in an intimate golf-club setting. The press release places the building next to a rebuilt practice ground, with an expanded driving range, a dedicated short-game area, and a refreshed parking court. John Lyberger, president and chief operating officer of Peacock + Lewis, said the work “blends Island and Old Florida influences to achieve an atmosphere that is elegant, airy, and welcoming,” with the interiors and the indoor-outdoor sequence meant to sit as a companion to the rebuilt course.
Rob Duckett, managing director of golf and club operations at Henderson Park, called Triple Stick “a new private golf opportunity to improve upon the previous Estates Course offering,” and said the owners want a members-only setting that feels intimate and carefully designed. The eighteen will play as a par 70, with both nines closing on a par 5. Love Golf Design is keeping the old landform and the existing lakes, and is using Dye-family marks, railroad-tie bulkheads among them, without a full rebuild of the ground. Membership is private and non-equity. Current PGA National Resort members are promised a first look, with an option to add Triple Stick to an existing membership.
The new house is a smaller, purpose-built golf club rather than a campus expansion on the order of the $16 million renovation already online at The Club at Olde Cypress in Naples, Florida, a useful scale check among recent Florida clubhouse projects. The course is due first. The building follows.
The published materials do not include a clubhouse budget, a general contractor, dues or initiation figures, a construction start for the house, or a month in 2028.
